    • Airport pick-up services are exclusively available from Dubai International Airport (DXB) only. Any requests for pick-up from other locations will not be accommodated.
  2. Refund and Cancellation Policy:
    • All bookings are final. No refunds, cancellations, or modifications are allowed once the booking is confirmed.
    • In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances from our side, a full refund will be issued.
  3. No Show Policy:
    • If the guest does not show up at the agreed time and location, no refunds will be provided. Punctuality is essential, and it is the guest’s responsibility to arrive on time.
  4. Booking Confirmation:
    • Bookings are only confirmed upon full payment. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of the booking without notice.
  5. Liability Disclaimer:
    • We are not responsible for any delays, accidents, or changes in schedule due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, or governmental actions.
    • We do not assume responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
  6. Travel Insurance:
    • It is strongly recommended that guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers personal accidents, medical expenses, and loss or damage of personal belongings.
  7. Conduct and Behavior:
    • Guests are expected to adhere to local laws and regulations. Any inappropriate behavior or violation of local laws will result in immediate termination of the tour without a refund.
  8. Changes to Itinerary:
    • We reserve the right to alter or modify the itinerary if necessary due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or any other factors that may affect the tour experience.
  9. Force Majeure:
    • We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, or strikes.
