• Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
• Guests are requested to reach the venue 15 min prior to the selected time slot.
• The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time.
• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons
• Guests are prohibited from bringing outside food and drinks.
• Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
• The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Tickets can only be used during off – peak hours (8:00-14:30/19:00-23:00-subject to availability)
