Important Information

• Please carry valid ID proof/Passport along with you. During the activity.
• Please arrive 30min prior to the confirmed slot to avoid disappointment.
• There are many restrictions that are in place to ensure your safety while you enjoy the experience of indoor skydiving.
• The restrictions are as followed: flyers cannot be pregnant, have previously dislocated their shoulders, are not under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs, not wearing a plaster cast.
• Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes and also wear something warm (it can get very chilly in the wind tunnel)
• Children under 3 years old are not permitted to enter.
• There will be NO refund for partly utilized services and in case if the guest doesn’t show up at the start time mentioned in the tour itinerary, the service provider reserves the right to charge a 100% no-show fee.
• Please get signed permission from a parent or guardian if under the age of 18, and you must have signed iFly’s waiver form.

• A valid ID needs to be provided upon check-in.
• The time mentioned on your reservation confirmation is the time you need to arrive at our location.
• Athletic, comfortable clothes are advised; t-shirts/tops must have sleeves.

• Each guest’s weight will be checked prior to boarding to comply with the weight and balance regulations and restrictions.
• you are recommended to dress in comfortable and light sportswear, Earrings and large pieces of jewels are not allowed onboard the aircraft.
• Heart Patients, Physical disabilities due to impairment, Passenger has undergone major surgery recently, Pregnant women are not allowed for this activity.

Terms And Conditions

• Booking and Reservation should be made 24 hours before the actual tour and excursions.
• We can only confirm the booking once the payment is done through Cash or Credit Card.
• NO SHOW will be charge 100% of the actual amount paid.
• No refund is allowed for any missed tours.
• Rate published online is Subject to Change with-out prior notice.
• Tickets once sold can not refund.
