Important Information

• Please bring your original passport or Emirates ID with you to be presented at the counter
• The weight should be (kg): Min 40 – 120 Max KG and Height should be min 122 CMS
• Participants under the age of 18 who meet the height and weight requirements can do the tour on their own but will need to be accompanied and present a signed waiver by a parent or legal guardian in order to do so
• Please always wear sunblock
• The candidate should be in good medical condition
• Please wear comfortable athletic clothing, closed-toe shoes, and no skirts, dresses, flip-flops or any loose footwear.
• Hair should be tied up, and any large accessories like earrings, bracelets and superhero caps should be left at home.
• Please avoid heavy luggage during the activity
• The candidate should NOT be pregnant.
• The candidate should NOT be under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances that impair judgment.
• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the time slot booked.
• Photo and video services are not included in the price and are available at an additional cost at the venue.
• The zipline will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays

• You will get access to designated experience(s) and places or rides / food etc, as per your selected ticket options.
• Guests are required to carry a hard copy of the Tickets.
• Each Passenger should comply with the regulations and restrictions.
• Sneakers or sports shoes are ideal.
• Heart Patients, Physical disabilities due to impairment, Passenger has undergone major surgery recently, Pregnant women are not allowed for this activity
• Children must always be accompanied by an Adult or a Guardian during the experience.
• Smoking & drinking is prohibited.
• Operations can be suspended due to conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Booking and Reservation should be made 24 hours before the actual tour and excursions.
• We can only confirm the booking once the payment is done through Cash or Credit Card.
•  NO SHOW will be charge 100% of the actual amount paid.
• No refund is allowed for any missed tours.
• Rate published online is Subject to Change with-out prior notice.
• Tickets once sold can not refund.
