• Children must always be accompanied by an Adult or a Guardian during the visit.
• A passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be produced at the Entrance for Identification purposes.
• You need to report directly at the location 30 minutes before the Tour time.
• Participants must be minimum of 15 kg to participate in this activity.
• All passengers must wear life jackets.
• Pregnant women, Heart Patients or people suffering from backache and people under drug-influence are strictly not recommended for the Tour.
• Each Passenger should comply with the regulations and restrictions.
• Smoking & drinking is strictly prohibited in the premises.

• No refund is allowed for any missed tours.
